“A Treasury of American Gardening”

In honor of the upcoming exhibit at Ringling, Gardens in Perpetual Bloom, I have been comprising illustrations from some lovely books about Gardening and Botanicals.

The following Selections are from “A Treasury of American Gardening” edited by John R. Whiting.  These images include black and white photographs of various types of flowers and plants, as well as color illustrations from the publication Twelve Months of Flowers by Robert Furber, which show flower arrangements suitable for each month of the year.
